As restaurant and food service architects, TECTA Associates are experts at navigating the complex waters surrounding permitting a new food service facility or planning improvements to spaces between tenants.  Seldom does a space need no work to bring it up to code before a new tenant can move in.  We work with landlords on a daily basis to bring restaurant and food service spaces up to code between tenants.  More often than not, we are recommended to the tenants by their new landlord. Performing both scopes increases efficiency, decreases turn around and eliminates the time needed to communicate between architectural firms.  We play well with others, but the fastest way to get anything done is to do it yourself.
